Charlie Price joined Executive Coaches — Don Hardy-Holley, Dede Osborn, Linda Galindo, Bob Boyle, David Dorn, & Marnie Crawford along with the EQR Leadership TrainingTeam— Jonakan O’Steen, Beth Cooper-Zobott, Glenn Sigle, Debbie Bush & Crista Sorenson to  provide the twentieth year of LEAD training for Equity Residential Properties. The full-day seminars included teaching, discussion, and exercises designed to help participants better understand several individualized instruments including the MBTI Preferences & Firo-B Interpersonal Relationship surveys, as well as two competence-measuring 360s: The Campbell Leadership Index and the EQR 360, a homegrown performance feedback instrument. Each coach worked in a five-person team with the perceptive and highly competent men and women the company had selected for personal/professional growth and development. Topic areas encompassed personal awareness, Emotional Intelligence, psychometric instruments review, role-playing and group action exercises.The five days were fast-paced and exhilarating. We all benefited from reinforcing skills as valuable in our own families as they are in our business careers.
